Here you will find inane mutterings and ramblings of a few individuals who have suffered from far too much inhalation of petrol fumes over the years. It's true what they say; you are never happy with the power you've got. You always want more. So, in the foolish notion that more power makes you faster, Dan has bought himself a new Longman-built 2-litre S16 engine for the Pug. With a specced output of 250bhp and circa 180ft.lb of torque, it should make an interesting jump up from the old 1900 mi16 engine with 190 horses - ulp! Now just got to fit the darn thing.....

It's April, which can only mean one thing - it's time for our annual visit to the local event at MIRA - the Horiba D'Isis Stages, run by Quinton Motor Club. This time last year it proved the first run for our new engine and the results were positive, with a finish in the top 20 and a 4th in class result. High hopes for this year?
