The Peugeot mi16 engine (XU9J4) has built up a reputation over numerous internet forums for suffering from oil starvation during hard cornering, and it's one I've seen heavily debated over time. Do I doubt that people are having oil surge issues - no, certainly not - but do I believe it's some unavoidable aspect of the XU9J4 without going dry-sumping or other expensive routes? Definately not.
